Welcome to our community

To maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive environment for all members, guests, and staff, we require everyone to adhere to the following standards of behavior.

General Expectations

Mutual Respect: Treat all individuals with courtesy and respect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abusive language, or intimidating behavior.

Hygiene & Attire: Maintain personal hygiene standards appropriate for a close-contact environment. Proper athletic attire is required.

DRESS CODE: Shirts must be worn at all times. No denim, trousers with belts/buckles, skirts, crocs, or open-toed footwear.

Personal Property: Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the provided cubby holes.

Equipment Etiquette

Weight Management: All plates, dumbbells, and accessories must be returned to their designated racks immediately after use.

Equipment Care: Do not drop or slam weights. Wipe down benches and machines after use with provided sanitizing supplies.

Sharing Space: Avoid "camping" on machines between sets, especially during busy hours. Allow others to "work in" when appropriate.

Safety First: Use equipment only for its intended purpose. If unsure, ask staff for a demonstration. Report broken equipment immediately.

Gym Floor Regulations

Re-Racking Fee

Leaving weights on the floor is a safety hazard. Failure to strip bars and rack dumbbells will result in an immediate fine.

Tailgating or using another member's access card is strictly prohibited and results in immediate fines and/or potential membership termination.

Media & Tripod Policy

Gym Floor Regulations

No Tripods Allowed During Peak Hours

Please check with staff if you are unsure about current peak times.

Anti-Bullying Clause: Using recorded footage to shame, mock, or "trend" members online results in an immediate permanent ban.

Privacy: Prohibited to record any individual without express permission.

Staff Discretion: Staff may require removal of gear if it obstructs walkways or poses a hazard.

Professional Services

Personal Training: Only authorized trainers are permitted to conduct sessions. Outside professional coaching is not allowed without prior management approval.

Media Shoots: Commercial or professional photography must be scheduled and approved by management 48 hours in advance.

By entering the facility and maintaining an active membership, you agree to abide by these rules. Management reserves the right to update these policies or revoke access to any individual who compromises the safety or culture of our gym.
